This project involved the restoration of the building's original terrazzo flooring and the complete renovation of the interior finishes.  All of the bathrooms were renovated and modified to comply with current building codes and The American with Disabilities Act.

Interior furniture fixtures and equipment selection was included in the design services and the all student common areas were provide with new lighting, data connections, and security equipment.
