Project Description

This project was designed to facilitate the long-range growth of the college campus and implementation of the Master Plan.

The 3,000 s.f. addition houses a new boiler and three new chillers serving the entire campus.

The project also includes extensive renovations to existing electrical and mechanical systems within the current Physical Plant.
