Project Description

This project included the renovation and upfit of three Biology Research Laboratories in rooms 201, 114 and 226 at the Eberhart Building on the UNC – Greensboro Campus. The rooms were previously used as either a classroom, classroom lab or storage/maintenance space. Additional associated work included asbestos abatement and ADA upfits to other common spaces in the building.

All of the plans incorporate a central laboratory space and a research/study area. The laboratory renovations at rooms 201 & 226 include a private office space and a specialty tissue culture room (201 only).
