Project Description
The primary goal of this project was to determine the
feasibility for upgrading the food service areas to
improve the facility operation and efficiency. The
specific areas of the study include the Display/Serving
Areas in the cafeteria, the Pre-Wash rooms, the existing
Dish Wash on the lower floor and the existing Kitchen
space. Subservient renovation was to totally renovate
Pre-Wash room; to convert these two spaces into new
Dishwash rooms.
