The goal of the Guilford College Comprehensive Master Plan is primarily to determine the facility and campus structure requirements for successfully implementing the Guilford College Strategic Plan.  In addition, it will serve as a guideline for long-term development of the existing campus property, with recommendation for open space preservation and development of pedestrian circulation, vehicular circulation and parking as well as, proposed building and infill sites.  Additionally, guidelines for improving edges of the campus, campus entrances, architectural character, campus connectivity and open space systems are included.  A space utilization survey and study for all college programs is also part of the Master Plan.
