The Pre-Design study included programming and the creation of a master plan to establish the vision for the future growth of Caldwell Academy.  A participatory process involved faculty, staff, students, and parents in these Pre-Design activities.  In addition an assessment of the existing building facilities was completed.

The Master Plan illustrates the proposed use of the Caldwell Academy site, as well as recommended land for future acquisition.  The programmed expansion is for approximately 190,000 gross square feet.  An Implementation Plan that prescribes the phases, as a sequence of implementation as well as the Capitol Plan for Budgeting, were generated.
