Project Description

This study investigated the adaptive reuse of the former Wentworth School as leasable office space for Rockingham County. The assessment included an analysis of code compliance issues and a structural evaluation for determining the scope and priority of modification necessitated by the proposed change of use.

The study also included planning for new building additions to accommodate new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as an elevator.
