Project Description
The Feasibility Study of the building at 232 South Elm Street
included investigation, research and evaluation of the existing
building to determine its structural, spatial and code compliance
and potential capacity for meeting the program needs of the Client.
The study included preliminary Schematic Design concepts that would
aid in the renovation/adaptive reuse of the building as a
professional theatre facility.
