Designed to provide approximately 35,000 square feet of office, mercantile and showroom space. The five buildings of this campus emulate a Piedmont North Carolina Village, circa 1900. The development will provide vendors, designers and other related professionals, a single source for display and selection of a broad range of high-end residential building products, materials, finishes and furnishings.

Emoting the feel of an idyllic southern community, each building has a different architectural style and vocabulary, as though the village was constructed over a period of time, while allowing the buildings, themselves, to showcase some of the products and materials of the vendors within.
